Our world has faced several problems intermittently among them are HIV/AIDS is brought multilateral devasting impacts on people lives and countries economy. HIV/AIDS has claimed taken off  more than 40 million people  lives all over the globe thus far .  As a consequence of it,  Nations have invested enormous resources and efforts to halt and curve  HIV/AIDS  adverse impacts which collectively   brought profound achievements. The USA government under PEPFAR program  is a leading agent in allocating and mobilizing resources to tackle the war against HIV/AIDS all over the world.

My contemporary worry is that  does the new elected  US government will maintain its commitment  on leading fighting HIV/AIDS epidemic ?
